Soaking Seeds and Mushroom Box

I spent the day doing some yard work, trimming branches and removing leaves from window wells. I want to plant some Cypress Vine seeds. The directions recommended soaking them overnight. The mushroom box kit needs water to start a new crop. I also worked on a post for a new mind map I discovered.    I'll post a new blog I've seen first.

A Blog to Stimulate Thought and Discussion

The aim of Rum-Punch is to stimulate discussion, straight talking and the free flow of ideas - just like the drink :) Its also to provoke thought, and provide a forum for people to give suggestions to others. A good thought can change a bad idea. I aim to post an article every week. Here's the link: RUM-PUNCH-DRUNK

Do You Meditate? How?

I've read about the many benefits of meditation but I'm not sure how I can incorporate it into my life.  My body is too stiff for me to sit cross legged.  I know there are sitting, standing, walking, and other forms of meditation; but in the past after a week or so I just stopped. The best way must be to find something that will work for me.  Mindfulness meditation seems promising. Any ideas you would like to share?

My Mushrooms Came Back to Life!

If you've kept up with my blog you know about the mushroom kit I received as a Christmas present.  If you like you can fined the posts by using the "Search" gadget under the "About Me" gadget. There are tabs for This Blog , Interesting Links and The Web.   It should be under the This Blog  tab. Well I was supposed to put the kit in a dark place and spritz it with water twice a day to keep it moist. This time I left it on a tabletop and never watered it. One day I noticed that the mushrooms were back! They're supposed to be edible "oyster" mushrooms. Last time I let them dry out instead of eating them. This time I may take a chance and try one.
