Lonely Little Pumpkin

This one little pumpkin is my entire harvest!  When I threw last year's pumpkin into the garden many seeds sprouted this past Spring.

Lynette pulled out most of the plants to make room for Sunflowers. But the vine that remained only grew this one pumpkin.




At least I have one. This will be our Halloween Pumpkin.  It's too small to carve so I'll leave it as is.

    Did you know that you can paint a pumpkin? That way you can get the scary face without the mess both before and after carving. I find it much easier.

QWERTY vs DVORAK Keyboard

I never knew there was a different type of keyboard like DVORAK instead of QWERTY (named after the first six letters on the left of the first row) , at least not in English or similar languages. Chinese has a modified QWERTY keyboard something like: Or maybe this keyboard below is purely Chinese: Back to English:  The video below explains why the QWERTY keyboard is used almost 100% today and some future possibilities.  Not changing my keyboard, it's not worth the effort for me .
