I sometimes feel that way, too, especially now that my husband and I are empty nesters. But there's no reason to feel guilty. We all need moments where we do nothing. We don't have to fill up every hour of the day with 'something'.
I am on the other end of the spectrum, John - I have to make myself do the things I need to do. Too bad people couldn't trade bits of their personalities with each other until they were more balanced!
