Located at the foot of Mount Ingino, many of Gubbio’s Roman sites are on the flat land below the slopes including the large, well preserved Roman Theater. When you enter the town of Gubbio you will be welcomed by a jumble of homes, many built in the 14th and 15th century by the towns wealthy merchants. The bronze Iguvine Tablets with inscriptions in ancient Umbrian, an extinct language, are located in Gubbio.

(photo from the web) I never knew that a hummingbird's diet includes insects.  I thought they only drank the nectar from flowers or the sugar water from feeders.  While I surfed the web to learn more about these birds I found these three short videos that I think you will enjoy. The first video is a bit dramatic. (Use full screen to get a better view.) The text to read while watching this video is fast.      Beautiful:

I took some clover "weeds" from the yard and treated them as house plants. The're just too good to be weeds. After growing them in a pot outside I took them inside and placed them close to my other houseplants. Now it's on the bottom shelf of my plant stand, next to my desk.  Hopefully they will become accustomed to life inside

I stopped following the statistics for the number of visitors to my blog.  They'er no longer accurate. I'm sure I do not have so many visitors from Russia. I did some research but it looks hopeless.  Here's what I found from reading questions and responses. It's a shame. I used to enjoy watching how many people looked at my posts. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there another way to count the number of visits?

My video is not very sharp but I hope you still enjoy it.  I was sitting outside when I saw the hummingbirds and ran back into the house to grab my camera. Maybe if you enlarge the video you can see more detail but I'm not sure. Video:

I find this amazing!  I imagine that soon there will be robots to do construction work, maybe even dig in the coal mines.  It will be great for safety but what about unemployment?  People will have to be trained for other lines of work.
