REFLECTIONS

I've had this test several times over the years and again last week. Here's an explanation on how it works.

I know where I went wrong. I browned it too much and did not have enough liquid in the cooker. This side doesn't look too bad.  This side tasted like some sort of jerky and I had to spit out half of it.   I'll try again in a week or so.

I'm Guilty!  Someday I'll try to improve my handwriting as a hobby. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with my blog or visiting yours.   I'm adjusting to a few health issues.

A comparison of what is practical and what I can afford vs a luxurious waste of money.  I'm not that rich but completely happy with what I have.   Much of the manufacturing of their pens is done in Italy. "Is available for purchase as a Group Buy" (= on sale?)  $1, 341.00 Germany for sterling silver and other metal pens. Depending on the work required, however, specific work will be done where the best skills are available. For example a number of the pens have painting work done by craftsmen in Russia.
