Using the Pressure Cooker

I know where I went wrong. I browned it too much and did not have enough liquid in the cooker.
This side doesn't look too bad. 

This side tasted like some sort of jerky and I had to spit out half of it.  
I'll try again in a week or so.

    The more experience you have the sharper your skills will become. Beside, there is always a PB&J sandwich, or you could go out to eat.
