It's not very large but compared to the size of an ant
it must seem large to them.
It has several holes to enter.

ReplyDeleteGah. We have several ant hills in our back yard. We've been trying to get rid of them for several years now. My elderly mother's method is to take a kettle of boiling water and pour it on the first signs of a hill. She feels sorry for the ants but it's no worse than putting out poison. And it works.
