My Tiny Vegetable Garden 2013


I  decided to grow a small vegetable garden just for the fun of it. I have four tomato plants of four varieties. I have about twelve cucumber plants of three varieties.

    My parents were keen gardeners. I have fond memories of fresh tomatoes and the smell of lemons just off the tree.

      The smell of just picked lemons must be wonderful! I love "tomato sandwiches"; olive oil and sliced tomatoes on crusty Italian bread.
