    As a retired USPS employee...I have heard of many strange attacks on mail carriers.
    Thankfully I sorted mail in a big facility so I felt pretty safe :)

    Those mail carriers either have a lot of fun with the animals or they are going home to do a Google search on how to anesthetize small animals.
