I've had severe vertigo the last two weeks so my family doctor recommended that I see a physical therapist skilled in performing the Epley maneuver. I'm going for the treatment tonight.
I've never heard of it but his video explains it quite well. Hopefully this will work.
I've never heard of this treatment either but I hope it works for you! I have minor vertigo every once in a blue moon. It's more of an annoyance than anything. But I know severe vertigo is no laughing matter, often results in mobility impairment and can cause nausea as well. So I hope you feel better soon!

ReplyDeleteThanks Martha.
DeleteLet me know if it works. I've been having the same problem because of a car accident 8 years ago. Best of luck.
ReplyDeleteIt didn't work but I'll try again next week.
DeleteI have heard of it and know someone that had good luck with it. I hope you do too.
ReplyDeleteI'll try again next week. This time it didn't work.
DeleteI've heard of it and that it has a good chance of helping - I hope it works for you. Vertigo is very unpleasant from what I've heard. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteThanks jenny. It's very annoying. It comes and goes so I'm afraid to drive. Poor Lynette has to take me everywhere.
DeleteHope your feeling better soon and this treatment will work next time.
