My Brother Has Spinal Stenosis

Sad to say but my brother just found out he has a spinal stenosis.  He's suffering and will continue getting treatments.

The narcotics help a little but he still finds it hard to move.  He told me he lost his balance and almost fell out his window.  Grabbing on to the bureau saved him.

This is just in time for Christmas! I hope and pray he will be better soon.

  1. Sorry to hear about your brother, but glad to hear they've put a name to what he has and can now move forward with treatment and care.

    1. He goes for treatment tomorrow morning. It will take about 2 hours

  2. Sending best wishes to your brother! Sorry to hear he is in so much pain. That's a real bummer, especially right before Christmas.

  3. Your brother must be terrified at his prospects. I wish peace and no pain for him. Please keep us informed about him. I know it is scary for you too. Please breathe deeply and try not to worry too much.

  4. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he does feel better soon, too.

  5. I am so sorry to hear this, John. It is a very difficult time, too, right before Christmas. I hope he won't be in too much pain.

  6. My brother had a severe Herniated disc when he was in the Army. He couldn't stand for a long time. He eventually got better, but it sounded so painful. I hope your brother gets better.

  7. I wish your brother well. Apparently it's very painful indeed. Let's hope it soon improves for the better..
