Vertigo and several falls with hospital visits slowed down my posting. I'll see a neurologist this week.

My Vertigo Treatment: Epley Maneuver

I've had severe vertigo the last two weeks so my family doctor recommended that I see a physical therapist skilled in performing the Epley maneuver.  I'm going for the treatment tonight.
I've never heard of it but his video explains it quite well.  Hopefully this will work.

Paloma Blanca

I didn't mean to make it the title of a song
when I posted the image of a white flying dove yesterday.
But here it is, with the lyrics.
Enjoy.

National Pizza Day

NATIONAL PIZZA DAY

"National Pizza Day is observed annually on February 9th.  Whether it is thin crust, Chicago-style, deep dish or anything in between, pizza is an American favorite.
Here are some interesting facts about pizza:

  • Over 3 billion pizzas are sold in the USA each year.  Add another 1 billion on frozen pizzas
  • 17% of all US Restaurants are pizzerias.
  •  Antica Pizzeria, the first Pizzeria, opened in Naples, Italy, in 1738.
  •  Gennaro Lombardi, the first Pizzeria in the United States, opened in 1895 in New York City.
  • Americans consume on average 23 pounds of pizza per person each year."

Finally Found Mind Map Software I Like

I've posted before about a few different mind maps that I thought were great.
So here I go again. I just like planning I guess. Sometimes I think that maybe that way I won't actually get around to doing it. But most of the time it does help clarify things.

Hopefully this will be the final mind map I'll regularly use.  It's free, which is important. It's fairly easy and fun, if you like planning.

This video explains its features better than I can,
