I Like Dandelions

If the dandelion was difficult to grow it would be desired for its beauty.

I found this interesting video about the history of the dandelion
while I was wandering on the the internet.

    Very interesting learning all about dandelions.
    I like and think a lawn looks pretty with the yellow poke-a-dots of dandelions.

    My children call dandelion seeds on the stem 'wishes'. If you pick one and make a wish then blow all the seeds off your wish will come true.

    I love dandelions too, but my nose hates their puffy white spores! One thing I'd love to try is making a dandelion wine one of these days!

    I've always liked dandelions, and once I learned that birds eat the seeds of the mature plants, I liked them even more! We saw a tiny bird picking the seeds out of a seed head last week. I was glad my husband had put off mowing.
