I agree with Mike. Burning sage before meditating clears the negativity from the area. Keep your surroundings calm and quiet unless you have background music or chanting. ReplyDeleteTry some deep breating when you begin. 4 deep inhales & exhales. Tiy can also burn sweet grass, cedar, sage or lavender in a defuser to calm you.
Try it...might work for you. Also very soft music. I have found Gregorian chanting music at a very low volume very relaxing and effective also.
