Hello John
ReplyDeleteTry some deep breating when you begin. 4 deep inhales & exhales. Tiy can also burn sweet grass, cedar, sage or lavender in a defuser to calm you.
Try it...might work for you. Also very soft music. I have found Gregorian chanting music at a very low volume very relaxing and effective also.
Bes tof luck,
Mike
